Personalised Products.
Custom-funky WILL NOT take Personalisation over the phone as we paste & copy the text
so please make sure the spellings are correct & the use of Capital letters where they are required
so please check your spelling before adding to final order as we can’t change the items once personalised
as each items are personalised to order.
Custom-Funky CAN Not Accept returns on any personalised goods for mistakes not made by us.
Please make sure you have ordered correct items, size, colour etc.
Payments
Custom-Funky DO NOT take payments over the phone.
All major debit & credit cards are accepted on the website and through the shop.
We respect our customer privacy & do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
The only information we see is your name, address phone number & email address.
Returns or Exchange on Non personalised goods
If you any reason you are unhappy with our Non personalised products you can return the items within 14 days of purchase online only,
To return the goods you must E-mail for returns address stating what is wrong with the item along with your name address or order number.
The items must NOT have been Worn, Washed or been Sprayed with any kind of Fresheners, Smellies, Cosmetics of any kind. Items must be returned in original condition & not been tamped with in any way.
Custom-funky reserve the rights to refuse & refund or exchange any of our products that are returned to us damaged or any of the above has occurred.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given,
Once items have been received back & checked by custom-funky.
If a manufacturing fault is found, postage will be refunded
Return Postage, must be paid for by the customer for returning items.
